The tenant override is a set of dry contacts placed in parallel with the space temperature sensor (aiSetpointAdjust). When the contacts are closed momentarily, the bypass timer becomes
active and is set to ncpBypassTime, and the unit enters the Bypass mode. The tenant override function is active until the timer expires.
