boiler will be activated depends on the intelligent tank management settings.
Electricity and gas prices, PE factor [7-03]
INFORMATION
To set electricity and gas price values, do NOT use overview settings. Set them in the
menu structure instead ([7.5.1], [7.5.2], [7.5.3], and [7.6]). For more information on
how to set the energy prices, see the operation manual and the user reference
guide.

If solar panels are used, set the electricity price value very low to
promote the use of the heat pump.

factor (primary energy factor) is used for the
calculation instead. Lower values of the PE factor
result in increased use of the heat pump. Higher
values of the PE factor result in increased use of
the auxiliary boiler.
