 Turn off the line disconnect switch. 

 Open the front cover of welding power source, and connect cables correctly, 

referring the external connection diagram of output side. 

 Tighten the connecting part of cables. 

 Be sure to close the front cover after the connection. 

 
8.2 Connection of gas hose 

 

WARNING

 

 

 

Choking can occur when shielding gas continues to flow in poor ventilated 

area. Shut the main valve of the shielding gas cylinder when welding 
operation is not performed. 

 

 

CAUTION

 

 

If the gas cylinder overturns, physical injuries may occur.   
Connect the gas hose after fixing the gas cylinder to the gas cylinder stand. 

 

Attach the nut to the gas cylinder, and 
firmly tighten the nut with a wrench. 

 

Attach the gas hose to the outlet of the gas 

regulator, and firmly tighten the nut with a 
wrench .
