1. Stop the engine and apply the park-
ing brake.
2. Press the belt between the pulley
with force of 10 kg and adjust the
belt tension according to the below
specification.

3. Replace the damaged belt.

CLEANING AIR CONDITIONER

1. Open the hood and remove the front
grill of the side cover.
2. Remove the air cleaner and suction
hose and unscrew the wing bolt to
remove the net.
Remove the oil cooler as necessary to
clean the condenser.
AIR CONDITIONER BELT

(A) tension Amount
Tension of
air condi-
tioner belt When press the middle
point of the belt : 0.39
~0.47 in.(10~12 mm)
Stop the engine before check-
ing air conditioner belt.

CAUTION
Make sure to stop engine when
checking.
If cooler fan is blocked by dirt,
clean with a soft brush or cloth
using tab water.

CAUTION
If the front axle pivot pin adjustment is
not correct, front wheel vibration can
occur causing vibration in the steering
wheel
ADJUSTING PROCEDURE
Loosen the lock nut, tighten the adjust-
ing screw all the way, and then loosen
the screw by 1/6 turn. Retighten the
lock nut.
