Troubleshooting
Replacing a failed disk drive
If a disk drive fails, the Disk Status LED will turn red. When replacing a failed disk drive, be sure to use a new drive of the same
or slightly greater capacity.
Step 1:
Power off the NVR.
Step 2:
Open the unit’s cover.
Step 3:
Pull out the failed disk drive.
Step 4:

If you cannot log in to the NVR using your web browser
Check the settings of your anti-virus software to make sure it isn’t blocking access to the NVR web interface.
If you cannot see the complete web interface in your web browser
If you cannot see the complete page of the system, the ActiveX installation process may not be complete.
Step 1:
Open your web browser and connect to your NVR.
Step 2:
The browser will ask whether to install ActiveX.
Step 3:
Click the upper bar to begin the installation process.

to complete the process.
