The compression pressure on the top plate is preset to approx. 280 N. If the
compression pressure increases, the shaft and bearings must be cleaned. Ad-
just sensors.

Undo the U-shaped pro le from the front of the top plate mast and check the
chain tension. The chain is tensioned by rst undoing the nut (

ing or tightening the nut (

). Finish by tightening the nut (

Clean the chain and lubricate with oil.

Check the friction brake by pulling on the lm at normal lm speed and then
suddenly releasing the lm. The roll of lm should then stop after approx. 1/5
of a revolution.
Basic setting: Screw down the nut (
