1. Press the start button.
2. The turntable starts to rotate with the adjustable speed.
3. When the number of bottom wraps (prog 1=2 bottom wraps / prog 2=3 bottom wraps) have
been counted, the carriage starts to move up. How fast the carriage moves, is set with the ro-
tary switch “Elevator speed”.
4. When the photo cell on the carriage reaches above the goods, the carriage stops after approx.
1 second.
5. The number of top wraps (prog 1= 1 top wraps / prog 2= 2 top wraps) are counted, after which
the turntable speed is reduced to low speed and then stops at the starting position.
6. Press the start button to move the carriage back down to the starting position. (Do not forget
to cut the lm before doing so).

2. The turntable starts to rotate with the adjustable speed.
3. When the number of bottom wraps (prog 3=2 bottom wraps / prog 4=3 bottom wraps / prog
5=4 bottom wraps) have been counted, the carriage starts to move up. How fast the carriage
moves, is set with the rotary switch “Elevator speed”.
4. When the photo cell on the carriage reaches above the goods, the carriage stops after approx.
1 second.
5. The number of top wraps (prog 3= 1 top wraps / prog 4= 2 top wraps / prog 5= 4 top wraps)
are counted and the carriage moves down.
6. When the carriage arrives at the bottom position, it stops and the turntable continues to rotate
for approx. one revolution. The speed of the table is then gradually reduced and stops at the
starting position.
1. Set the switches ”Elevator speed” to position 3 and ”Program selector” to position 6/Hand.
2. Press the start button and turntable starts to rotate with the set speed.
- To bring carriage up, turn ”Elevator speed” to position 2/Hand with arrow up.
- To bring carriage down, turn ”Elevator speed” to pos 4/Hand with arrow down.
3. When carriage reaches the bottom switch the turntable goes to low speed and then stops.
Info: At the display on the PLC you can easily adjust the numbers (amount) of top and bottom
wraps. Please contact your nearest Cyklop dealer.
