Make sure that the emergency stop is not depressed. NOTE! The emergency stop must not be used
to stop the machine as using it unnecessarily can damage the rotary board gear. It is for emergencies
only.
Place the pallet goods in the middle of the board and secure the lm by tying it to the pallet.
Set the required programme using the rotary switch. See also the detailed description of the various
programmes on the next page.
Set desired carriage speed.
Lower value=More lm overlap.
Higher value=Less lm overlap.
Set the rotary speed of the table. The higher the speed the faster the pallet will be wrapped. Be sure
not to set the speed too high because goods can fall from the pallet and cause injury.
If the machine is equipped with the option ”Top plate” turn the switch to position down (arrow down)
and release. The top plate will travel downwards and stop when it reaches the top of the goods.
NOTE! Do not start the wrapping cycle until the top plate has stopped.
Press the start button and the machine will operate automatically according to the preset programme.
If the machine is equipped with the option ”Top plate” turn the switch to position up (arrow up) and
release. The top plate will travel upwards and stop when it reaches the top.
Cut off the lm and secure the end of the lm under the rest of the lm.

4.2 LOADING OF FILM
NOTE: If the machine is placed in an cold environment
and equipped with the -6° option, keep in mind that the
lm must have the same temperature as the surround-
ings where it will be used. Store the lm in the same
room as the machine for at least 24h before use.
1. Check which side of the lm is sticky. If the outside
is sticky (most common), the lm roll must rotate
counterclockwise ( gure 2), or if the inside is sticky,
it must rotate clockwise ( gure 1). If you have the
option Film silencer always thread according to
gure 3.

3. Insert a new lm roll by pushing it down over the
roller (A).
NOTE: Handle the roll of lm with
care so as not to damage it, as this may cause
the lm to break.
4. Thread
the
lm as shown in Figure 1, 2 or 3. This is
easiest if the end of the lm is folded over into four
and threaded between the top part of the rollers.
Check that "Installation - machine setup" has
been executed correctly. Tip Read through the
entire section titled "Operating the machine"
before you start.
Note that the axis of the
lm holder has anges
that can be sharp. Risk of
cutting.
