7. Attach the water bottle holder.
A.
Hold the water bottle holder (#3) with two hands and gently pull outward and continue to pull
(hold open) during step 7B. See Figure 6.
B.
Place the water bottle holder (#3) over the frame with the larger side outside of the frame as
shown in Figure 6.
NOTE:
Water bottle holder may be placed on either side.
C.
Using a Phillips head screwdriver, attach the water bottle holder (#3) to the frame with the two
8-16 x 0.75 screws (#12). See Figure 7.
NOTE:
Do not overtighten.

8. Attach the foot covers.
A.
Have one person lift the unit
while a second person places
a foot cover (#4) under each
of the two back feet.
