11.37 Paper gets stuck in the roller of the fuser
CAUSE REMEDY
The paper weight setting is not suitable.
Set “Menus” > “Feeder Conig” > “Mediaweight” to a suitable value on the op
-
eration panel or set “Mediaweight” to a heavier value.
Light paper is being used. Use heavier paper.
There is an area near the tip of the
paper that is almost completely printed.
Try adding a margin to the paper tip.
