[Notes] • The commands from $00 to $09 do not cancel the print buffer.
• the commands which modify the dimensions of the characters are only active at the
beginning of the line.

[Notes] • This command brings about the printing of the contents of the line buffer.
• If the line buffer is empty this command executes a line feed of 24 dots (= 3 mm). If the line
buffer contains text the line feed is = (character spacing) dots ( default = 4 mm).
