- Put on some protective gloves to prevent any cut and remove the cutting blade pulling it up; in the F-Compact model, unscrew
the security screw and remove it to yourself.
* Once all the pieces of the squeezer mechanism that are in contact with the juice are disassembled, you can proceed to clean
it.
The cleaning can be carried out by hand or in the dishwasher. In both cases and for hygiene questions it is obligatory to use
a neuter soap. Do not use ever abrasive, solvent products, metal cleaners, glasses cleaners or detergents that are not diluted.
Before placing back the pieces of the squeezer mechanism clean the front part of the machine and the cover to eliminate
some residue. Use a humid sponge in neuter soap.
* ASSEMBLING THE MACHINE
Once the previous operations have been completed you can proceed to assemble the pieces again.
- First of all, check that the electric wire of the machine is disconnected from the electric net and the switch button is in the off
position.
- Place the cutting blade in the central groove, or in the right side of the machine in the case of the F-Compact; make sure that
the piece is fixed to the end. This operation should always be carried out with protective gloves for security reasons.
- Put the ball and the hollow item again and insert them at the same time. Remember that the hollow is upside and the ball is
placed under it; the design of the machine will prevent any incorrect assembly in this sense.
- Screw the four black screws (or two in the case of F-Compact) that hold the squeezer mechanism again.
- Put the peel extractor in the left side of the F-Compact or each of the peel extractors in both sides in the other 2 models. VERY
IMPORTANT: These pieces have to be placed properly; to do it see the section of Part names and the indicative sticker
about positioning of the peel extractors.
- Make sure that all the components are properly placed. Proceed to close the open protection cover and check that the cover
makes contact with the security micro.
- With the machine closed, place the clean filter and the buckets to pick up the waste in the sides of the machine.
* Before using the machine again, check carefully the perfect working of the safety devices. Check that the moving pieces are
in good conditions for working, that they don't block itselves and that they are not damaged.
All the components should be assembled properly and fulfill the requirements to guarantee the perfect working of the machine.
* At least two daily cleanings are recommended. Besides that you will clean and empty the filter and the buckets for waste as
many times as necessary. These operations will be always carried out in the off position.
* TO CONNECT THE SELF-SERVICE MACHINE *
To fix the machine to the cabinet, you have to unscrew the 4 black ''legs'' of the machine and screw it to the stand ( it is made
with 4 holes that coincide with the screws of the machine). Once you have made these things, the machine is ready to be
used.
