5.3. Position of the load to transport
DANGER: IT IS PROHIBITED TO transport more than 600 Kg.
ATTENTION: pay attention when you lift the load and use
appropriate loading systems, put the load on the loading platform.
This operation must be carried out with the maximum possible attention, taking into
consideration the physical characteristics of the load (dimensions and weight) and where it
has to be located, putting carefully the centre point of the load in the middle of the loading
platform in order to have the maximum stability during movement.
To verify the above-mentioned condition, it is sufficient to lift the roller lifting system
(Fig.
4.2 Pos. 7) some centimetres and to check the effective stability of the load on the platform
plate.
ATTENTION: if necessary, reset the load to gain the best point of
balance position.
ATTENTION: if you note that the load has overhangs (wheels, support
legs, knobs, etc.) be careful that these overhangs do not go under the traction
table because when it moves (ahead – back) it could damage the load or
touch the fixed parts under the machine.
In this case, it is necessary to use shims (wood/rubber) to be put between the
platform and the load.
