Replace and tighten the four nuts on the screw posts.

Reconnect the red, 2-pin connector. It can only be connected one way.

Secure the top of the unit as described in Section 6-1.2.

Replacement of the Power Supply Board
A.
Obtain a replacement power supply board.
B.
Remove the top of the unit as described in Section 6-1.1.
C.
Unplug the pump wires, the heater wires and the AC wires from the power
supply board. Note wire positions for reinstallation. Also unplug the 9 pin
connector.
D.
Remove the six screws and discard the old power supply board.
E.
Install the new power supply board in its place using the same screws
removed in step D.
F.
Reinstall all of the wires removed in step C.
G.
Secure the top of the unit as described in Section 6-1.2.

Replacement of the Microprocessor Board and/or the Control Panel
Access to the control panel first requires removing the microprocessor board.
See Section 8 for instructions for the return of the microprocessor board to the factory
on the exchange program.
