CORRECTING THE WRONG ACQUISITIONS 

Observing the applanated surface with the microscope, the two 

semicircles should be of the same size and perfectly aligned. 

If the two semicircles are in a wrong position, in what follows are 

described the possible causes and solutions to visualize the right 

position.
