Correct use

This article is a piece of sports equipment
that can be mounted onto door frames with a
maximum width of 98cm and is not suitable for
professional training.
The training bands serve to stretch and
strengthen different muscle groups. The article
is not suitable for children under the age of 14,

ways need to lie completely on the door
  frame.
• Please check the condition of the door frame.
The article is suitable for door frames with a
minimum width of 72cm and a maximum

onto the wall and there is sufficient stability.
Please do not assemble the article if the door
frame is made of plastic, aluminium, or wood
