“
Measure samples
” sets the number of samples gathered by the sensor head
for each measurement.
The measurement value is the mathematical average of the samples acquired;
the higher the number, the longer the time required for each measurement,
for greater accuracy. The waiting time for each sample is approximately 1
second.
It can be selected a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 64 samples.
“
Measure for position
” sets the number of consecutive measurements
carried out each time the measurement key is pressed.
Normally, the instrument waits approximately two (2) seconds after the
measurement key is pressed, before acquiring the samples sent by the sensor
head, to allow stabilisation of measurement conditions.
If it is selected a value greater than 1 for this option, all measurements after
the first will be carried out in succession without waiting for this interval again.
