Troubleshooting
SITUATION/ALARM MESSAGE
POSSIBLE CAUSE AND CORRECTION
1. LOW DETERGENT LEVEL ERROR.
1. Detergent bottle is near empty. Replace
detergent bottle.
2. Detergent bottle pickup tube is not fully installed
into detergent bottle. Properly install pickup tube.
3. Call CREST. *
2. LOW LUBRICANT LEVEL ERROR.
1. Lubricant bottle is near empty. Replace lubricant
bottle.
2. Lubricant bottle pickup tube is not fully installed
into lubricant bottle. Properly install pickup tube.
3. Call CREST. *
3. LIQUID FILL 1 TIME OUT ERROR.
1. Facility water pressure is too low. Correct facility
water pressure.
2. LIQUID FILL 1 TIME OUT is set for too short of
time. Extend timer.
3. Call CREST. *
4. LIQUID FILL 2 TIME OUT ERROR.
1. Facility water pressure is too low. Correct facility
water pressure.
2. LIQUID FILL 2 TIME OUT is set for too short of
time. Extend timer.
3. Call CREST. *
5. LIQUID DRAIN TIME OUT ERROR.
1. Drain screen in wash tank is clogged. Clean drain
screen.
2. Liquid drain timeout is set incorrectly. Increase
time on timer.
3. Call CREST. *
6. WASH HEATING TIME OUT ERROR.
1. Facility hot water temperature is too low. Correct
facility water temperature.
2. WASH HEATING TIME OUT timer is set for too
short of time. Extend timer.
3. Call CREST. *
7. DRYER HEATING TIME OUT ERROR.
1. DRYER HEATING TIME OUT timer is set for too
short of time. Extend timer.
2. Call CREST. *
8. WASH LID FAILED TO OPEN.
1. Load is too heavy for elevator to lift. Use lid assist
handle to open lid.
2. Elevator is jammed. CALL CREST. *
3. LID OPEN/ CLOSE TIME OUT TIMER is set for too
short of time. Extend timer.
4. Call CREST. *
