16. Intermittent Sonic Operation.
1. Facility power is not maintaining correct voltage
to Unit or fluctuating. Correct facility power.
2. Call CREST. *
17. Load Leaves Dryer Chamber Wet (Console Only).
1. Cycle drying time is set too short. Increase drying
time.
2. Dryer chamber is overloaded. Adjust load.
3. Call CREST. *
18. No Lubricant on Instruments at End of Cycle
(Cleaner Only).
1. Lubricant bottle is empty. Replace lubricant
bottle.
2. Lubricant injection hose is twisted or kinked.
Adjust lubricant injection hose.
3. Cycle 4 or 5 was operated. Cleaner units do not
inject lubricant in Cycles 4 or 5. Select a different
cycle.
4. Call CREST. *
19. No Lubricant on Instruments at End of DRY Phase
of Cycle (Console Only).
1. Lubricant bottle is empty. Replace lubricant
bottle.
2. Lubricant injection hose is twisted or kinked.
Adjust lubricant hose.
3. Lubricant was not selected for cycle when cycle
was programmed. Select lubricant injection time
greater than 0 seconds.
4. Call CREST. *
20. Dry Chamber Does Not Drain (Console Only).
1. Chamber strainer clogged. Clean strainer.
2. Call CREST. *
21. Too Much Lubricant on Instruments.
1. Lubricant dosing time is too long. Reduce time for
lubricant injection during final spray.
2. Call CREST. *
22. No Sign of Lubricant Inside Lumened Instruments
After Cycle Requiring Lubricant Use.
1. Lid to manifold hose is not properly connected.
Connect hose securely at both ends.
2. Call CREST. *
