ADJUSTING
WIRE
BRUSH
Follow
these
steps
to
adjust
wire
brush
to
appropriate
position:
Step
1
‐
Loosen
the
wire
brush
knob
screw.
Step
2
‐
Make
brush
move
up
/
down
until
it
makes
proper
contact
with
the
saw
blade
(see
below
illustration).
Step
3
‐
Tighten
the
wire
brush
knob
screw.

1
–
Press
the
saw
blade
start
button
to
start
the
saw
blade
drive
motor.
Step
2
–
Press
the
saw
bow
down
button
to
lower
the
saw
bow.
Step
3
–
Use
the
flow
control
valve
(shown
below)
to
adjust
the
amount
of
fluid
flowing
to
the
cutting
area.
Adjust
the
flow
amount
if
you
observe
the
following
changes
to
the
chips
generated
from
cutting.
If
the
chips
are
sharp
and
curved,
increase
the
coolant
flow
amount.
If
the
chips
are
granulated,
decrease
the
coolant
flow
amount.
