Number of cuts finished

The green square light on the bottom left
corner indicates the warranty status of the
HMI touch screen. Warranty is one year and
starts counting after 70 hours of operation
after the machine is shipped. Warranty
status light turning to red indicates the HMI
touch screen has expired.

Error messages (highlighted in yellow; can
be cleared by pressing down for one second)

Press Home to return to the main control menu.

Press Next to go to the next setup page.

Press HP Scr. to enter the V ‐ Driver page
(optional). HP Screen is displayed when cutting. V ‐
Driver can increase cutting rates and decrease
cutting vibration.

When blade is not running, press to switch
between laser quick approach and height
encoder quick approach .

Laser quick approach: When cutting
starts, saw bow descends and wire brush
automatically goes down to avoid
interfering laser sensor to detect the
material top. After laser sensor detects the
material top, wire brush will automatically
goes up. Saw bow will descend according to
preset cut speed.

Height encoder quick approach:
The operator must set up correct material
height, saw bow descend speed will become
slow when saw bow height equals material
height plus default distance (13mm, can be
adjusted at system page). For example, if
the operator sets up the material height as
500mm, saw bow descend speed will
become slow at 513mm.
