Select Capture icon.
Select USB camera from the top menu.
Increase “exposure” .
If you see the image, the camera is working
properly and the problem is not in the camera.
Don’t worry if is rotated about 90 degrees.
If using ISCapture software it is impossible to see any image from the camera and the USB cables are
properly connected, the only solution is to replace the camera.
Identify which camera is not working (LEFT or RIGHT) by referring to the above picture of the aligner.
Please note that LEFT and RIGHT camera assembly are different:
