Description
Reads
out
the
corrected
memory
array
(query
only).
The
corrected
memory
array
is
the
data,
whose
processing
is
completed
excluding
the
formatting
as
the
last
step.
Such
data
represent
S–parameter
complex
values.
The
array
size
is
2N,
where
N
is
the
number
of
measurement
points.
For
the
n–th
point,
where
n
from
1
to
N:
<numeric
2n–1>
the
real
part
of
corrected
measurement
memory
;
<numeric
2n>
the
imaginary
part
of
corrected
measurement
memory.

of
