120ml unsweetened apple juice
60ml pure maple syrup
2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
170g tomato puree
2 tbsp wheat-free tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp stone-ground mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fi nely chopped garlic
1 tsp fi nely grated ginger
1/2 tsp onion powder
Pinch ground black pepper
Pinch chilli powder
Pinch salt
Add all ingredients to the blender
and blend until smooth. Store in an
airtight container, in the fridge, for
up to 5 days.

140g raw, unsalted cashews, soaked
30g chopped caulifl ower fl orets
60ml extra virgin olive oil

tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to the blender
and blend until smooth. Store in
an airtight container, in the fridge,
for up to 5 days. Taste and add
more mustard, vinegar, lemon juice,
sweetener or salt if you wish. Store in
a glass jar in the fridge for up to
5 days.

SAUCe
240ml unsweetened almond milk
35g cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa
powder
70g raw unsalted cashews, soaked
60ml cold-pressed coconut oil in liquid form
60ml pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to the blender
and blend until smooth. Store in an
airtight container, in the fridge, for up
to 5 days. Taste and add more cacao
or sweetener or salt if you wish. Use
straight away.
CRANBeRRY
SAUCe
240g cranberries
1 orange peeled and roughly
chopped
120ml orange juice
60ml pure maple syrup
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp fi nely grated orange zest
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp black or white chia seeds
Add all ingredients, except the chia
seeds, to the blender and blend
until well combined but reasonably
chunky. Add the chia seeds and
blend for a few seconds. Taste and
add more ginger, orange zest or
cinnamon if you wish. Transfer to a
sealable container and chill for 30
minutes. The sauce will keep in the
fridge for up to 5 days.
