R : RAS status port
WDT : Watchdog timer status
The status of the watchdog timer. This bit is
cleared by stopping the watchdog timer (by
reading the 0139h).

: Watchdog timer either being stopped or
counting
1 : Watchdog timer time-out

The RAS port is protected or unprotected. The RAS port
is protected when the power is turned on and when a reset
occurs.
