7.2 Fit horizontal profile rails
If there are more than 3 collectors, you need to connect the
profile rails.
>
Push the profile rails as far as they will go into the plug-
in connector.
>
To lock, tighten both fitted threaded pins in the plug-in
connector using a SW 5 spanner.

It is important for the subsequent collector
installation that the profile rails are accurate-
ly aligned. Tighten the screws only following
alignment.
>
Screw the horizontal profile rails with a 5 mm Allen key
and screw M8 onto the vertical profile rails.

Align sides of the upper and lower profile rails with
each other.
>
Check that they are at right angles. Measure the diago-
nals or place a roof batten, for example, at the ends of
the profile rails.
>
Tighten screws M8.

7.3 Fitting the anti-slip protectors
Only use the slots marked with the arrows to fit the anti-slip
protectors.
>
Push the anti-slip protector over the profile rail and let it
click into slot.
