Proceed as follows to ensure correct installation:
• Select a suitable mounting location for the camera.
• There are mounting holes in the “Mounting Base” (5). Mark these holes (e.g. with
a pencil through the holes) on the wall.
• Drill the mounting holes.
• Attach the “Mounting base” (5) to the wall with suitable mounting materials.
• Attach the camera with the “Attachment for the Mounting base” (3) to the “Mount-
ing base” (5).
• Tighten the “Attachment screw” (6).
• Adjust the camera to the desired position.
• Tighten the “Attachment screw 2” (7).
8. Connection
• Attach the camera’s “DIN connection” (4) to the connector cable supplied.
• Attach the 3.5mm jack plug on the “Attachment cable” (8) to the “Camera Inputs
CAM1 and CAM2 (19, 20).
• The delivery content includes a further adapter cable which has one connection
socket and three connection plugs. Connect the connection socket to the mains
plug-in power unit. Connect one of the three connection plugs to the “Connection
for operational voltage” (21) to the monitor and the two other connection plugs
each to the free attachment sockets which come from the two “Attachment
cables” (8) which come from the cameras.
• Connect the plug-in power unit supplied to a corresponding power socket (230
V/AC 50 Hz).
