• After rapid changes in temperature, the system components
require some time to stabilise, to adjust to the surrounding
temperature, before they can be used.
• The system components are not toys and should be kept out
of the reach of children!
• Please contact a qualified expert if you are unsure about the
safety and correct use of the system components.
• Never leave the packaging material unattended. Plastic foil /
bags etc. can become a dangerous toy for children, there is a
risk of suffocation.
• If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer
possible, disconnect the device immediately and secure it
against inadvertent operation.
• It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:
- the device shows visible damage
- the device no longer functions
- it has been stored for longer periods under unfavourable
conditions
or
- following considerable stress during transportation.
• In commercial applications, the accident prevention regula-
tions of the Employer’s Liability Insurance Association
for Electrical Systems and Operating Materials are to be
observed.
• The monitor, the plug in mains power unit and the remote con-
trol must mot get damp or wet. They are intended for dry
indoor use only. The supplied cameras are IP44 protected and
thus suited to outdoor use.
• Always remove the battery from the remote control if it is not
going to be used for long periods of time.
• Never pour liquids into electrical devices. This would cause a
serious danger of fire or electric shock.
