Technical Data
a) LED stand lamp
Constant current ...........................700 mA, DC
Caution!
The LED stand lamp may only be used when powered by the included wall plug
transformer. This is not a conventional wall plug transformer with
fi
xed and solid
output voltage but a LED converter with constant current of 700 mA.
The required output voltage is set automatically and in accordance with the inte-
grated LED.
If you connect a conventional wall plug transformer with constant voltage output to
the LED stand light, this will lead to the immediate destruction of the lamp, loss of
warranty!

Assembly
The individual parts of the LED stand light are connected via the connecting cable integrated
in the light. Screw the components of the LED stand light together. In this process, ensure that
the connecting cable is not caught or otherwise damaged.
The pedestal is fastened on the stand pipe using a fastening nut.
Getting Started
• Connect the low voltage plug of the stand light to the appropriate connector on the wall plug
transformer enclosed.
Then plug the wall plug transformer into a standard wall socket.
Caution!
The LED stand lamp may only be used when powered by the included wall plug
transformer. This is not a conventional wall plug transformer with
fi
xed and solid
output voltage but a LED converter with constant current of 700 mA.
If you connect a conventional wall plug transformer to the LED stand light, this will
lead to the immediate destruction of the lamp, loss of warranty!
• Place the LED stand lamp only on an even, stable, and suf
fi
ciently large surface on the
fl
oor.
Protect valuable surfaces by using an appropriate underlay; otherwise it may cause
scratches or pressure marks.
• Press the on/off switch located just below the goose neck to turn the LED stand lamp on or
off.
• Align the lamp head as desired using the
fl
exible goose neck.
During operation, the lamp head becomes hot around the LED. If you wish to
change the angle of the LED stand light, touch the lamp head carefully; there is a
risk of burns!
Maintenance and Care
The LED stand light does not require maintenance. The LED bulb is permanently installed and
cannot be replaced.
• Before carrying out any cleaning of the LED stand light, the lamp must be switched off and
disconnected from the mains voltage. Unplug the wall plug transformer from the mains sock-
et. Then, allow the LED stand light to cool down suf
fi
ciently.
The exterior of the LED stand light should only be wiped with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not use
aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions that could damage the housing (discolouring)
or impair operation.
Do not press too hard on the surfaces, as scratches might appear.
Dust can easily be removed using a clean, soft brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Handling
• The product is only to be used in closed, dry indoor locations. The product must
not get damp or wet! There is a risk of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Never use the product immediately after it has been taken from a cold room to a
warm one. The condensation that forms might damage the product under certain
circumstances. The wall plug transformer also poses a risk for a potentially fatal
electric shock!
Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it to the power
supply and putting it to use. This may take several hours.
• Avoid the following adverse conditions at the installation location and during trans-
portation:
- Excessive humidity or damp
- Extreme cold or heat, direct sunlight, proximity to heaters
- Dust or
fl
ammable gases, fumes or solvents
- Strong vibrations, impacts or blows,
-
Strong
magnetic
fi
elds such as those found in the vicinity of machinery or loud-
speakers
• Any maintenance or repair work may only be performed by an authorised repair
shop.
• When setting up the product, ensure that the cables are neither kinked nor
pinched.
Place the cables in such a way that nobody can trip over them.
Disposal
Dispose of an unserviceable product in accordance with the relevant statutory
regulations.
