FORWARD ADJUSTMENT:
Finding that the machine equipped with
mechanical drive no longer has a good drive
capacity, it is necessary to adjust register 1
on the handlebar.
The distance between the drive roller and
the rubber drive control wheel must be 2-3
mm. See Fig. 16
COLLECTION BOX:
Every 50/60 hours of opleration or whenever
needed, wash the collection box Fig. 17 with
hot water and possibly ordinary detergent to
clear any kind of bacterial formation (wear
rubber gloves).
GENERAL RULE:
For good operation and service life of your
machine, keep both the bodywork and the
inside of the machine, under the casing,
clean by blowing with compressed air (to
be done with the motor switched off and
cold)

REGOLAZIONE AVANZAMENTO:
Riscontrando che la macchina munita di
avanzamento meccanico non ha più una
buona potenza di traino, occorre agire sul
registro 1 situato sul manubrio.
La distanza tra il rullo di trazione e la ruota
in gomma di comando trazione deve essere
di 2-3 mm. Vedi Fig. 16
CASSETTO DI RACCOLTA:
Ogni 50/60 ore di lavoro o quando
necessità, lavare il cassetto di raccolta
Fig. 17 con acqua calda ed eventualmente
comune detersivo per ovviare ad eventuali
formazioni batteriche di ogni sorta, (muniti
di guanti di gomma).
NORMA GENERALE:
Per un buon funzionamento e duarta della
macchina tenete pulito sia la carrozzeria
esterna, che l’interno della macchina,
sotto i cofani soffiando con aria compressa
(operazione da eseguisi a motore spento
e freddo)
MANUTENZIONI SPECIFICHE PER
MOTORI A SCOPPIO.
ATTENZIONE:
Per le verifiche
o sostituzioni dell’olio motore è
necessario indossare guanti
possibilmente in nitrile interno
cotone, e non disperdere l’olio esausto
nell’ambiente perchè altamente
inquinante. Smaltire l’olio esausto
osservando le norme di legge vigenti.
Leggere attentamente il libretto di
istruzioni del motore allegato, e
comunque:
1) Controllare il livello olio ogni 5 ore di
lavoro.
2) Primo cambio olio dopo 5 ore di lavoro,
la coppa contiene hg.6 circa di olio,l’olio
consigliato per climi temperati è il 10W-30
multigrado per motori a benzina, operando
con la macchina in zone climatiche non
temperate verificare l’olio adeguato
consultando il libretto motore.
3) Cambi olio successivi ogni 40/50 ore di
lavoro.
4) Pulire la cartuccia aria del motore ogni
25 ore di lavoro o prima se necessita, ed
all’occorrenza sostituirla
(vedi libretto motore).
MANUTENZIONI SPECIFICHE PER
BATTERIE.
ATTENZIONE:
Attenersi alle
regole e precauzioni impartite
nel cap. 8
“Norme di sicurezza”, sez. 2 pag.11.
1) Per una buona durata delle batterie,
sia esse a piastre piane o tubolari,
effettuare la ricarica quando la spia part.

2) Verificare spesso il livello soluzione della
batteria ed all’occorrenza aggiungere solo
acqua distillata.
3) Fare compiere sempre il ciclo di carica
ininterrottamente.

COMBUSTION ENGINES.
ATTENTION:
To check or
replace engine oil it is
necessary to wear gloves
preferably made of nitril with a cotton
lining. Never dispose of spent oil in
the environment because it is highly
polluting.
Dispose of spent oil in compliance
with the law in force.
Carefully read the enclosed engine
instructions booklet, and in any case:
1) Check the oil level every 5 hours of
operation.
2) First oil change after 5 hours of operation,
the sump contains approximately 600 g.
of oil. The oil advised for temperate climes
is multigrade 10W-30 for petrol engines.
When operating with the machine in non-
temperate climes check the appropriate oil
by referring to the engine booklet.
3) Later oil changes every 40/50 hours of
operation.
4) Clean the engine air cartridge every 25
hours of operation or sooner if needed, and
replace it when necessary
(see engine handbook).

ATTENTION:
