8.6.2 IP
Addresses
The IP Addresses option limits the access by IP address. If the Access Control
Mode is enabled, only the allowed IP addresses can access the router. Before you
enable it, configure the IP addresses by clicking the
Add
button. Enter the IP
address and click
Apply
to allow the PC with this IP address managing the DSL
Router.
8.6.3 Passwords
The Passwords option configures the access passwords for the router. Access to
your DSL router is controlled through three user accounts: admin, support, and
user.

has unrestricted access to change and view the configuration.
support
is used to allow an ISP technician to access your DSL Router for
maintenance and to run diagnostics.
user
can access the router, view configuration settings and statistics, as well
as, update firmware.
