Fault (PS1 or PS2)
Faulty wire or connection.
Excessive current draw from
transistor inside amplifier
module.
Faulty Power Supply.
Check cable and connection
from both PS1 and PS2 to
amplifier module. On outside
of module, measure voltage.
Expected voltage = 10 +/-
.5Vdc.
Use “MONITOR” menus to check
transistor currents. Record
excessive values and return
entire unit to manufacturer
for repair.
Return failed power supply
for repair. Replace with new
power supply.
Faulty/Improper
Redundancy Switch
operation
Faulty wiring or connections.
Improper settings.
