Configuring the Printer

Buzzer

This printer is provided with a buzzer to indicate particular conditions
according to the problem detected.:

•

1 short "beep" (0,25 sec): the BEL code has been sent; when the buzzer sound
stops, the printer returns to normal operation.

•

Continuous "beep": the printer cover has been raised when the printer is
enabled to print. Close the cover and make sure that the message

indicator unlit)

is displayed before raising the cover again.

•

4 long "beeps": a fault condition has occurred. See later "Error Handling".

•

4 short "beeps": A condition of paper end or paper removal has occurred.
