CommScope has certified Cisco 2960-X and HP 2530 series Ethernet switches in
the OneCell network.
NOTE
The Uplink Multicast feature in OneCell requires IGMP snooping configuration
changes on all Ethernet switches.
NOTE
IGMP snooping monitors IGMP traffic between multicast routers and hosts, and
uses learned information to forward traffic to interfaces who’s clients want to
receive the traffic. In the absence of a multicast router in a network, an IGMP
querier is configured to solicit requests from hosts that want to receive IP multicast
traffic.
