Introduction to the PrivateTIME
®
PT1000
Thank you for purchasing the
PrivateTIME PT1000.
The PT1000 is a high-quality
telephone/speakerphone and
digital answering machine with
two unique features.
Its one-touch PrivateTIME
button, that when activated, stops unwanted callers from disturbing
you. Only family and friends that know your PRIVACY code will ring
through. Telemarketers are commanded to hang up, while others are
sent directly to its built-in answering machine without ever ringing
your phones (see page 15).
Off-Hook Alert – Audible alarm and visual indicator alert you to any
extension phone left off-hook throughout your home (see page 19).
Unpacking the PT1000
When you open the

box for the first time, inspect the
