Handset Volume
While on a call, to adjust the volume on the handset, slide the
HANDSET VOL
control switch located on the right side of the unit to
the desired level LO

Placing a call on mute
1. Press MUTE , the red indicator above the HOLD button will
light.
2. Press MUTE again to resume normal conversation. The red
indicator will turn OFF .
Placing a call on hold
1. Press HOLD and hang up. The red indicator above the
HOLD
button will flash.
2. To release the call on hold, pick up the handset, press
SPEAKER or pick up an extension phone (if available). The
red HOLD indicator will turn OFF .
Speed dial numbers
There are 3 one-touch (max. 32 digits each) speed dial buttons, M1 ,
M2 , M3 and 12 two-touch (max. 32 digits each) speed dial memory
stations.
Storing speed dial numbers
One-touch
Press STORE , enter a phone number up to 32 digits, press
STORE again, then enter M1 – M3 .
Two-touch
1. Press STORE , enter a phone number up to 32 digits, press
STORE again.
2. Enter any keypad button 0-9 including the and buttons as
memory positions.
