13. Negative Pressure Adjustment
Understanding Negative Pressure
Condition after purging:
I.
Ink drops hold on the nozzle plate, neither drop nor sucked back (as shown in the image below).
This is perfect and ideal condition
II.
Ink drop easily from the head
Increase the negative pressure
(for eg. If -4.0, make it -4.1)
III.
Ink drops disappear (sucked up by the head)
Reduce the negative pressure
(For eg. If -4.0, make it -3.9)
This condition can clog nozzle on the running print.
