This troublesho oting guide aims to save you time in case you
experience any inconvenience with this digital audio player.

If you are still h aving difficulty, please contact Co nsumer Service/
Tec hnical Support.

1.Ensure that the ON/OFF s witch is set to the ON p osition.
2.Ensure that the battery is charged.

1.Ensure that the USB drive r has been i nstalled correctly on the PC.

2.Ensure that the USB cable is attached securely to both the P C

a nd your player.

3.Ensure that y our player's memory capacity limit has not bee n

re ached.

4.Ensure that the battery is charged.

1.Ensure that the volume level is not set to "0".
2.Ensure that y our headphones are at tached securely to the

headphone j ack.

3.Poor sound q uality may result from corrupt or poorly encoded

m usic files. Try download ing the mus ic file again or encodin g
the file at a higher bitrate. The recom mended b itrates for this

player is 128 kbps for Mp3 files and 64 kbps for WMA files.

1.Ensure that a udio files have been tra nsferred to your player.
2.Ensure that the audio file is of a com patible form at (Mp3 or WMA).
