Steps to be taken in case of fault
occurrence

As a general rule::

In case of faults which present an imminent danger to per-

sons or property, activate the emergency-stop switch imme-
diately.

Determine the cause of malfunction.

If the fault repair requires work in the danger area, switch

off and secure against restart.

Inform the person in charge about the fault.

Depending on the nature or the type of fault, either qualified

staff or the operator may clear the fault.

The following table of faults shows who may clear
the fault.
