Installation Notes:
To install the rear wheel, reverse the removal procedure.
Make sure that the lug (5) on the seingarm is located in the
slot (6) in the brake panel. Tighten the axle nut to:
62 N.m (6.3 kfg.m, 46 Ibf.ft)
Adjust the drive chain
Adjust the brake
Apply the brake several times and check for free wheel rota-
tion after the brake pedal is released.
If a torque wrench was not used for installation, see your
CLIPIC dealer as soon as possible to verify proper assembly.
Inproper assembly may lead to loss of braking capacity.
BRAKE SHOE WEAR
The rear brake are equipped with brake wear indicators.
When the brake is applied, an arrow (1) attached to the brake
arm (2) moves toward a reference mark (3) on the brake pa-
nel (4). If the arrow aligns with the reference mark on full
application of the brake, the brake shoes must be replaced
