MAIN STEPS TO INSTALL THE MAIN COVER
The cover is installed
after
all cables are tightened and
the gate is attached. The main steps to prepare and
install the cover include the following:
1. Attach ratchets to the vertical ground posts.
2. Unfold the cover with the outside/top facing up.
3. Roll the cover to the center from two opposite edges
and then roll the cover into two bundles that meet in
the middle.
4. Lift the rolled cover onto the assembled frame using
the proper lifts and position the cover at the peak
and aligned with a rafter.
WARNING:
To prevent cover damage and possible
injury, do not attempt to install the cover on windy or
stormy days.
5. From inside the frame, unroll the cover in two
opposite directions along the rafters.
6. Unroll the cover in the remaining directions and
secure temporarily to the rafters using the black
straps of the cover.
7. Center the cover and align it with the rafters.
8. Attach remaining rafter ratchets.
9. Assemble and insert the cover conduit pipe into the
cover pockets.
10. Tighten the cover evenly, working from the top to
bottom. Repeat the process as needed to stretch the
cover.
11. Secure cover conduit to the ground posts with 2"
straps and QH1065 ratchets.
ATTACH RATCHETS TO THE SIDEWALL POSTS
Complete these steps to attach the ratchets:
1. Move to each sidewall post, measure 24" down from
the top, and attach a QH1061 ratchet on each post.
2. Measure 36" down
from the top of each post
and
attach a QH1065 ratchet to each post.
Cover has been removed to show components.
3. Continue by installing the main cover.

Parts needed to install the cover include the following:

One-Piece Main Cover
•
QH1061 Ratchets
•
Cover Conduit: 1.90" Pipe
•
60DA166C Coupler
•
2" Yellow Strap
•
Tek Screws
1. Spread the main cover out on the ground near the
assembled frame with the top/outside of the cover
facing up.
Black straps will be on the underside.
ATTENTION:
Attach all ratchets
with Tek screws.
