7. Tighten each turnbuckle as needed so the
dimensions measured for each cable pair
between
the connection points
are the same.
NOTE:
Tighten the cables between the same two rafters
before
moving to the next cable set. When square, the
lengths for the two cables of Cable Pair A will be the
same, as will the lengths for the cables of Cable Pair B.
8. After all cross cables between the first two rafters
are adjusted and tightened, move to the next cable
sets between two rafters and square as previously
described.
9. Repeat for the final sets of cross cables.
10. Return to all long cables (Steps 2-5) and tighten
each turnbuckle as needed. DO NOT OVER-
TIGHTEN.
11. After all cables are tightened, return to all purlin
connections and tighten all purlin brackets and
mounting bolts.
12. Check all frame bolts to verify that they are tight.
13. Assemble and install the gate.

(190S099D)
Horizontal pipe (middle two):
•
1 @ 79 1/2" plain drilled (190P0795D)
•
1 @ 99" swaged pipe
(190S099D)
Vertical pipe (wheel end: top and bottom*):
•

(190P0292)
*See Gate Diagram for location if needed.
Vertical pipe (all others):
•
1 @ 26 1/2" plain
(190P0265)
The following steps describe one way to assemble and
install the gate.
Consult the Quick-Start Guide at the
back of these instructions for more information.
For these instructions, the gate is assembled first and
then attached to the ground posts.
1. Locate the pipes for the horizontal frame members
and insert the swaged end of one pipe into the plain
end of the other to join the two sections.
2. Slide the proper pipe fittings on each pipe as shown
on the diagram and secure the pipe joint with a Tek
screw.
3. Attach the end pipe connectors that are used to
attach the assembled gate to the ground posts at
one end and to secure the gate closed at the other.
