Storage
• Flip up the motor unit so that it engages and the vacuum cleaner is upright.
• You can place the combi or upholstery nozzle onto the holder on the housing of the
motor unit for storage.
• Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry indoor room out of the reach of children and
animals.
Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly,
fi
rst check whether you are able to correct the prob-
lem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
Problem
Possible cause/solution
The device generates no
suction.
• Is the battery
fl
at? Recharge it.
• Check
the
fi
t of the dust container and correct it if nec-
essary. The device will not work if the dust container is
not correctly engaged in place.
Low suction force.
• Is the dust container full? Empty it.
• Is the HEPA
fi
lter heavily clogged up? Clean it.
• Is the suction opening/nozzle blocked? Switch off the
device and remove the blockage.
• It is also possible that some items will be too big /
heavy to be picked up by the device.
Dust escapes from the
device during cleaning.
• Is the dust container not closed correctly? Correct this.
• Is the cyclone insert or the HEPA
fi
lter heavily clogged
up? Clean the dust container, cyclone insert and
fi
lter.
The dust container
cannot be inserted.
• Is the lid correctly attached to the dust container? The
dust container must be closed correctly to allow it to
be inserted.
The operating lamp
does not light up when
the charging station is
connected to the mains
power.
• Is the mains adapter inserted correctly in the plug
socket and is it connected correctly to the charging
station?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains connection.
Unusual odour
• A new odour is normal when the device is used for the
fi
rst time; it disappears after a while.
• Is the cyclone insert or the HEPA
fi
lter heavily clogged
up? Clean the dust container, cyclone insert and
fi
lter.
