Cleaning the Motor Unit, Extension Tube and Nozzles
• Wipe down the motor unit (

if necessary. Then dry with a soft cloth.
• Regularly remove hair and

from the nozzles and brushes.
Cleaning the Micro
fi
bre Floor Nozzle
To make it easier to clean, the roller can be taken out of the micro
fi
bre
fl
oor nozzle (

):
1. Slide the latch fastener on the bottom of the micro
fi
bre
fl
oor nozzle towards the open
lock symbol (

).
2. Flip open the latch and remove.
3. Take out the roller and remove any dirt.
4. Re-insert the roller. When you do this, insert the end with the star-shaped recess
fi
rst.
5. The end with the hexagonal bulge must be inserted in such a way that the two cor-
ners are pointing upwards (
Picture D2
). Otherwise the latch cannot be placed on.
6. Insert the latch and press it down. The latch fastener must engage audibly.
Storage
• Store the device in a cool, dry place which is protected from direct sunlight and is out
of the reach of children and animals.
• For easy storage and to save space, the brush nozzle (

) and crevice nozzle (
B
)
can be secured to the holder for the brush and crevice nozzle (
C
) on the extension
tube (
H
) (

).
• For easy storage, hang the device with the suction opening (

) downwards into the
wall bracket (

) that is also supplied (

).
If the device is not going to be used for a prolonged period, remove the battery (

to be on the safe side: Flip up the small clip on the bottom of the battery and pull
out the battery downwards (

). To prevent a deep discharge of the bat-
tery, charge it up from time to time if it is not used for a prolonged period.
