THE REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES WORK SEAMLESSLY WITH THE CONTROL PANEL FEATURES.

THE REMOTE TRANSMITTER MUST BE AIMED AT THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE FIREPLACE.

IF THE REMOTE TRANSMITTER IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE REPLACE THE BATTERIES WITH NEW ONE.

NOTE

: PLEASE OPERATE REMOTE TRANSMITTER AT A SLOW 

MEASURED PACE. DEPRESS THE REMOTE CONTROL BUTTONS 

WITH AN EVEN MOTION AND GENTLE PRESSURE. REPEATEDLY 

PRESSING BUTTONS IN RAPID SUCCESSION MAY CAUSE THE 

TRANSMITTER TO MALFUNCTION.  

- STANDBY

   FLAME

    EMBERS

The 

2 FLAME 

button controls the flame effect. Press

the “  ” button to increase the brightness of the flames.

Each time the “  ” button is pressed it will decrease the

intensity of the flames. There are 6 brightness

levels including the “OFF” position. Will turn off the

volume and sparks at the same time when FLAME is on 

off position.       

The Power  button will put the insert in a standby

mode. This will turn off all functions at once but

will hold the settings in memory. By pressing the

button again the unit will turn on at the same settings.   

This button will toggle rolling emberbed on/off.

    SPARKS

   HEAT

    CRACKLE

This button will toggle the sparks on/off. The crackle

button must be switched on in order for SPARKS 

function. 

On/off button toggles the heat between the highest

setting and off.

    VOLUME

Up and down controls for the six volume levels 

including the off position.

This button is for crack sound controls and sounds 

can cycle among three settings: crackle and wind 

effets, crackle only, and sound off.

    DOWNLIGHT

This button is only for 28EF024GRS and 33EF024GRS 

inserts.There are three setting you can cycle through 

including off, downlights on and shadow effect.
