Choke lever is in the
ON position.
Set the choke lever to the OFF
position.
Throttle control lever is
not set high enough.
Move the throttle control lever to left.
High pressure hose is

Make sure the high pressure hose is
under 100 feet.
Will not draw

Chemical filter is

Clean the filter.
Chemicals being used
are too thick.
Dilute the chemicals which should

releasing some of the hot water
within the pump and replacing it with
fresh ‘cool’ water.

Tighten.
Piston rings worn.
Have it replaced by your dealer.
Damaged O-rings.
Have it replaced by your dealer.
Pump head or tubes
damaged from
freezing.
Have it replaced by your dealer. See

Pump pulsates
Nozzle obstructed.
Clear the nozzle.
