Installing Classic
Note: The tap must not be installed more than 900 mm above the base of the
undersink unit. Failure to do this may result in poor water delivery.
Note: Under no circumstances should the tap be twisted after the installation is
complete.
1. Make sure that the tap location will allow water from the tap to fall into a sink or
other basin fitted with a drain to drain away.
2. Cut a 35 mm diameter hole in the worktop / sink at the place where the tap is to be
installed.
3. Push the black spacer on to the tap from underneath and ensure it remains in
position. A light smearing of silicone sealant on the underside of the spacer will
ensure a watertight fit.
4. Pass the hoses down through the 35 mm hole in the worktop / sink and locate the
tap head on its mounting location.
5. From the underside, push the stainless steel washer over the hoses and then
push the spider clamp on to the threaded rod of the tap fitting. Secure the spider
clamp with the fastening nut. Check the tap head is in the correct position before
tightening up the nut.

undersink unit. Failure to do this may result in poor water delivery.
Note: Under no circumstances should the tap be twisted after the installation is

The Arc can be fixed in three positions for left- and right-handed operation and the
spout height can be set in two levels (see left).
1. Make sure that the tap location will allow water from the tap to fall into a sink or
other basin fitted with a drain to drain away.
2. Cut a 35 mm diameter hole in the worktop / sink at the place where the tap is to be
installed.
3. Set the height and orientation of the spout. Loosen the two fixing screws “F” and
the securing clamp “K” at the lower end of the tap.
4. Move the inner tube in the outer tube and position the spout is in the desired
direction. The openings for the fixing screws “F” must be located over one of the
openings of level “I” (low spout) or “II” (high spout).
5. Slide the securing clamp “K” with the snap hooks into the targeted openings at the
inner tube.
Note: Make sure that both snap hooks engage in exactly opposite holes and the
opening of the clip is under the recess for the USB cable.
6. Fasten the spout with fixing screws »F« in the desired position.
7. Push the chrome-plated pedestal on to the tap from underneath and ensure it
remains in position.
8. Pass the hoses and cables down through the 35 mm hole in the worktop / sink and
locate the tap head on its mounting position.
9. From the underside, push first the rubber seal and the sluice plate over the
hoses / cables, then over the threaded rod of the tap fitting. Secure the sluice
