Key Mappings
Key mappings allow you to assign specific features to the available
programmable feature keys on the phone. The list of features
available for selection is standard for all handset types.
Make changes to the key mappings using the images in the
Phone User
Guide
and the options listed in the
Softswitch Integration Guide
to help
you.
Note. Sylantro specific keys must now be turned on with System Settings.

Description
Auto Answer
Automatically answers an incoming call.
BLF
Busy Line Field. For more information,

For BLFs signaled from softswitch with Resource Lists.

Conference
Allow more than 2 parties to converse on a call.
Conference/Transfer Transfer a caller or add another user to the
conversation.
Disable Call Waiting If the indicator is on and the phone is busy (on a call or
has a held call) an incoming call will be rejected with
Busy response.
Do Not Disturb No
incoming
calls
will ring at the set.
Feature
Enters ‘F’ into the dial string, for Feature mapping.
Flash Simulates
a
quick
offhook
/
onhook
cycle.
Handsfree/Mute
Allows the user to mute a call or switch to
Handsfree mode.
Headset Switches
the
phone
to
use
the
headset
instead
of
the handset.
Hold
Temporarily places a call on Hold.
Menu-Back
Exit from the current menu to a higher level menu, or
exit the menu system if you are at the highest level
already
Menu-Select
Select phone menu options or actions.
Menu-Previous
Return to the previous option in the phone menu.
