Active
Handset connected and off-hook or on a call
Disabled
Port has been disabled in the handset configuration
Error
Handset type not recognized
Idle
Handset connected and on-hook (idle)
Not Fitted
No handset connected to Portico TVA or wrong PBX type
handset fitted (for example, Norstar connected when configured
for Meridian)
Resetting
Handset is currently resetting

Active
Handset connected to Portico TVA and registered with the
Softswitch
Disabled
Port has been disabled in the handset configuration
Error
Handset connected and either one or more lines are
configured incorrectly, so are not registered with the
Softswitch, or there is a network problem, in which case
contact the network administrator
Idle
No handset connected to Portico TVA, so not registered with the
Softswitch
