Connecting the RJ-21 Cable in the Velcro Harness
For the Cisco IAD2430 series models that have a Velcro harness available for the RJ-21 cable (see Figure 22), follow these steps:

Step 1
Slip the RJ-21 cable connector through the Velcro strap (see Figure 23).

Step 2
Push the male RJ-21 cable connector into the slot of the female RJ-21 connection on the router. Push the male RJ-21
cable firmly until the RJ-21 security clips are firmly seated (see Figure 24).
